when your bike comes in for full service we complete our Maintenance Checklist
o Replace engine oil, filter and drain plug O-ring. Clean magnetic drain plug. All fluids replaced with AMSOIL or Red Line products.
o Check for proper operation of electrical system, lighting and controls.
o Inspect front and rear tires, tread depth and pressures. Adjusting pressure as needed.
o Check spokes on wheels if equipped.
o Inspect front and rear brake reservoirs and clutch reservoir if equipped.
o Check engine coolant and inspect for leaks.
o Change primary chain case lubricant. Replace O-ring. Clean magnetic drain plug.
o Change transmission lubricant. Replace O-ring. Clean magnetic drain plug.
o Check front engine mount end cap screws.
o Inspect oil, brake and fuel lines or hoses for leaks and abrasions.
o Inspect front brake pads and discs. Ensure pads are within specs.
o Inspect rear brake pads and discs. Ensure pads are within specs.
o Check torque on front and rear axle nuts during tire change.
o Inspect and lubricate jiffy stand.
o Inspect, lubricate and adjust clutch cable and lever free play.
o Inspect, adjust and lubricate break and clutch controls.
o Inspect and adjust drive belt. Inspect wheel sprocket.
o Check rear air suspension pressure, operation and leakage.
o Inspect exhaust system for leaks, cracks, and loose or missing fasteners or exhaust shields.
o Check battery, clean connectors and torque terminal screws.
o Check for any trouble codes and engine mgmt. system updates.
o Road test – ensure proper component and system function.
